What they don't know don't hurt them...
Just bubble wrap tightly before boxing and then inserting into courier sleeve.
Mark the words sanitizer somewhere on the waybill just in case they decide to shake the box and hear liquid.

People are receiving liquid via courier though. Haven't heard of major issues yet (other than insanely highly almost double retail price blackmarket prices for liquid).
