Another test of a coil from Crafted Coils thanks to @akhalz.

A little effort required to get the wider coil under the Dvarw's post screws but doable. 3mm coil so more wick than normal but seems to be wicking just fine!

Resistance came out at 0.3Ω and fired at 28 watts as I normally do...

Again the vape is different to my normal 2.5mm 0.42Ω Aliens but still a great Vape. I think the secret to these exotic coils is the quality of the wire. I prefer my 2.5mm Aliens but will see how I go today.

@Rob Fisher , maybe you should try a bit higher power for that 0.3 ohm coil.
See if it changes or improves the vape?

Ooh, you're in the thirties now!!!!
:):):)

I used to use GeekVape tri-core Clapton wire to make my own coils for a long time. Then at VapeCon I tried White Collar coils and fell in love. The difference in flavour and vapour production was worlds apart. Also at VapeCon, I got a set of Crafted Coils Quad Core Aliens. Only got round to trying them now. Same juice (DIY mango), same tanks (Zeus X), same wicks (CBV2), same wattage (55w). The difference in flavour is so intense, it's like I have different juices in the 2 tanks I'm using for this test.

Also never got the hype around fancy coils tried a few commercial ones nothing great and then I tried Crafted Coils and the man is an artist when it comes to coils....
