I created this thread because there wasn't a thread for this vendor.

I recently (28 March) ordered some juice from them that was on special and they've got a free shipping policy running as well no matter the amount you're buying for.

I called them on 1 April to ask when I could expect to receive my tracking number and my order to be delivered. The owner explained that he was away for the weekend but I can expect the order to be handed to the courier that same day. He also added that the free shipping they're offering is because they are testing out different courier companies.

Since then I still haven't received a tracking number or my order. I've sent them a message on Facebook and received no response. I also emailed them with no response.

is not functioning either since then.

I'm not sure what to do now. The order cost me R228 which to most is not a big loss but as a student my funds available for vape supplies are limited and I can't afford to lose that money.

Does anyone have a similar experience with them or can anyone offer some advice please?

I used them twice recently, had my stuff delivered to my Sister in PTA, had no issues. Also didn't receive tracking info on the one parcel, but 2 days later it was delivered. They have a FB page as well, did you try reaching them there? @Juan_G also got an order from them, think he didn't receive a tracking number either, but he got his goods. Hope you come right.

My suggestion would be to phone them again and ask about your delivery
Maybe it got stuck somehow with the couriers
 
Arent their special running with juices that @Chanelr reviewed? Maybe she can help?

Otherwise if you dont come right let me know I can maybe send you a diy juice or two
 
I think they only used her reviews as a point of reference for their specials. Doubt she has anything to do with the shop.
Yes understand, but she should have contact nr for them or maybe have info if they going down or something. Just tagger her as a possible solution

I woke up this morning with couriers waiting at my gate. I have received my juice order.
