What is the smallest /thinnest Guage flat wire? Thinnest i have seen is 26g? Is there maybe a 27 or 28 Guage for MTL vaping as i would really like to try it?

The wire they use in toasters.
Try an electronics wholesaler or check bid or buy. It's definately not available at a vape store as it's not popular.

After seeing the mesh build in the Zeus and now using toaster wire i'm getting visions of you having a secret laboratory and turning into a mad scientist when the sun goes down!Try an electronics wholesaler or check bid or buy. It's definately not available at a vape store as it's not popular.
I have taken wire out of a broken toaster before and it works.

For MTL I used a 1.5 drill bit to wrap. The cotton could be a bit tricky but I know you'll get it wicked. Thanks buddy will give it a try

I'd also space it very slightly.the wire holds heat for longer due to surface and could burn through cotton. That way it'll cool quicker and you can check the wick through spacings.
