I use 3mm ID alien at 0.3 ohms. Legs cut at 6mm. Don't use too much cotton, less is more.

It’s a nice open DL vape, very saturated vapor and dead easy to wick. Only con for me is it’s need a long coil as the deck is large and the post holes are far apart. Other than that it’s super.

According to my request on their Facebook Page White Collar says their Yellow label White Collar Aliens - Yellow Label 28x338-Ni80 will fit length wise.

@Stew those White Collar coils would be perfect for the Kylin Mini 2. Very similar spec to the Clapton coil included with this RTA.

Hi guys plz tell me are any of you guys having issues with cotton snapping in half in less than a day? I'm using a 3mm nano alien 0.45ohms 7wrap. And I don't know why it's doing this I tried more cotton and less same issue. I get amazing flavour from it just works on my nerves I have to wick twice a day

What cotton are you using? Are you wicking it snug, tight or loose? I have this on my rebirth sometimes, and changed cotton brand and went away.

Munro31 I tried using cotton cloud and also recently changed to Flashwicks to try that I have tried wicking tight,snug,loose I'm not sure what it could be. I've never had this issue on my blotto mini or my blitzen I'm lost

It's a head scratcher for sure! Before you wick again, check if the coil glows evenly, if all else fail, try a new coil, but other than that I'm not sure what else can do that?

I think it might be my juice its the first time I'm using 3rd world liquids and I never tried other juice in my kylin mini v2 il try other juice let's hope that's the issue

There's no hot spots glows evenly but yes let's hope I got the craftsman mixed berry ice tea will see how that goes

Had mine for a while and not once did it split the wick. I used Cotton Bacon V2 and I wick tight. I used various different juice profiles and never had a split wick.

The coils in these RTA’s are quite wide, so there is a lot of metal involved. It may be that (especially if you chain vape) the coil gets so hot that the cotton doesn’t get a chance to cool down. Maybe try to stop firing halfway through your draw, so your draw helps cool things down a little?
