Now that's an interesting one... Let me see what I can do.
If that is what I think it is ... I have fond memories of helping my late Grandmother out in the kitchen, where we got given the pastry scraps, (which were substantial to cater for all the Grandchildrens involvement), and were tasked to make simple open "tartlets". Puff pastry with a teaspoon of jam in the center, (admittedly those jams of olde would now be classed as preserves). Buttery puff pastry with caramelised 'jam' ... Yum!
Now I am as confused (and excuse the expression here) as a fart in a bubble bath...

I think @LeislB was talking about the former, but the latter may also be nice. Though I am thinking more of a Apricot jam doughnut of old dipped in sugar may be interesting. Either of the two would prove interesting.

Not sure which one Liesl is referring to either, however either or would be a nostalgic trip down memory lane ... the difference in tastes would be more, (or less), the caramelisation
I was referring to a fresh Apricot, one just picked from the tree and sweet but makes your haws clench at the same time. Laden with ice of course! Maybe a bit of passion fruit with no floral notes.

My late Granny always used to buy me jam donuts, I have so many fond memories associated with that taste. That profile would be divine too!

I actually had a request for that as well earlier today. I already have a Cherry Tobacco which is quite good, but I was thinking of expanding on this. Any suggestions? Not a tobacco person much, so any inspiration would be welcome

but am thinking a plain tobacco with a touch of something, ie not much fruit in it , just a little bit

Please put them on a separate list first so they don't get lost between the older ones. Just to keep then standing out. Just a suggestion from me. Or highlight then in different colours maybe? Looking forward to sampling them.

Not to discount Silvers suggestion, however a fusion on bakery and deserts is certainly a winner ... Your Caramel Ice Cream and Waffles with a dash of Tobacco is the bomb!, maybe some exploration with your existing bakery and deserts is in order?
