Abyss Buttons

Good Day All

I have an Abyss mod and the down button connection seems to have come loose/broken. Is there anyone locally who could possibly assist? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

When I had a abyss it used to happen to me aswell i unscrewed the bottom plate and cleaned with rubbing alcohol and a ear bud maybe give that a go.

Thanks,I opened up the button plate and it seemed like the connection to the button was/is broken. Will try your recommendation and see if that works.
