Vernier Caliper if you have one of those around. Otherwise piece of cardboard, press the mod into it, trace and measure then as the screw part is then not in the way.

There is a more complimented way but I can’t remember the calculation. If a 24 most of your measurements are wil exceed at least over 23.

Or you can just look at the NC II. It is the 25mm version (one can see that because the one side is not the same size as the other side). So then this is the 24mm as @antonherbst pointed out
