Jep is used already, means steal, probably a Capetonian derivative of gip ie gyp from gypsies (meaning to rob or cheat)
Had a lekker giggle at that. Bringing back too many memories of school days where the laaities would "jep" your chokers (peanut butter sarmies).

If her med cabinet looks like this, you might be in for some "hippy sex". 
A better analysis to do is of her make-up kit... if its got (not limited to) 15 different blushers and eye pencils then kiss your time goodbye and expect to always be late for everything
