Hardware Rating System

I just read this thread http://www.ecigssa.co.za/threads/frustration.2102/page-2 and I like the idea of @Die Kriek for a rating system.
I would like to trigger the rating with this thread, most peeps will read a new thread. I suggested already to do it via a spreadsheet that is openly accessible for editing. That way nobody has to search a whole thread, or even more then one.

Is anyone keen on doing a fine sheet like that?

I don't understand German at all, but it seems that average rating is calculated every time someone does a rating? Makes absolute sense to me to have a "growing" spreadsheet instead of 100's of pages of a rating thread. Surely there are plenty of members here that can a spreadsheet like this - hopefully the will come out of hiding soon.

I'll see if I can incorporate it into a spreadsheet then, already have a lot of data
