We all know Ni is kinda soft so i watched some youtube vids of Ni Kanthal twisted coil and it made sense.
The electricity will take the path of least resistance so in this case it will follow the Ni and the Kanthal will just give you stability
I don't have a drill so i hand twisted 32g Kanthal with 28g Ni200
My derringer was the test subject
