This is another example of very bad journalism, PHE use various sources to back there claims (i know someone who works for them) including scientists who work for the E-cig industry, in fact the report even tells us this that 3 of the 11 scientists they consulted did work for the E-cig companies, this is what i would call balance but the Lancet and daily mail think its colusion, just a note this will now strengthen the claim becasue PHE will go out of there way now to prove its so, the goverment in the UK will force them to, so long term this may work in the to the advantage of the industry.
