My Lemo 2 just fell and now does work on any VW device. None of my devices read the lemo.

Its says check atomiser. The air flow ring has an up and down play. coil is still fine.

Any suggestions

have you tried removing the bottom base?
checked the deck to make sure there is no other shorts?
maybe also try prying at the center pin ever so slightly to pull it out a tiny bit

I got the bottom base loose, but the airflow rings has play up and down and for some reason. That shouldnt affect it well I dont think so.

the deck seems fine, I put another coil on now and there is no shorts.

let me try pulling the pin abit

Like @PeterHarris said, remove the bottom base and see if there is no issues within the atty,

Hope nothing is wrong and you are firing up that beast soon. :)

yea - to remove the bottom base just turn the air fow ring counterclockwise, like you would for opening up the airflow, but just keep turning it, it will start to unskrew...

See pics i dont see anything wrong

ok

seems ok to me

you need to try an pull that center pin a bit out on the outside of the bottom base, alternatively, you need to adjust the center screws on your mods, if they have that.

From the one pic of the coil it looks like both legs of the coil are touching the positive block. I might be wrong as it might be the angle of the pic.

I'll echo what @Dubz says, it looks like the coil leg is touching the deck - try lift the coil a bit (making sure neither of the legs touch the deck).

Additionally, what sometimes causes the Lemo to short is the airflow pin which attaches the top part of the deck to the bottom part. Unscrew that and check that the plastic insulator inside is in place properly. Just be careful when doing this as the top part of the deck will be loose, make sure not to lose anything in the process :)

still not working guys, I rebuilt the coil now again. not firing at all

Built the coil the pick below is the second attempt on the deck. Devices just say no atomiser or check atomiser. I have the same builts on 2 other rdas. Insulator is in place

try pulling or pushing the centerpin in the base - seems there could be a problem there...or this... im not quite sure what he means...

Just an FYI, if anyone is having issues with the lemo2 not making a connection because of the 2 piece base (center pin not making connection with the 510), an easy solution is to take a 3mm inner diameter x 1mm cross section oring, and slide the center pin through it so that the oring now sits between the plastic insulator and the base of the center pin. Tighten the center pin down and it should work fine.

Please post pics of your new build.
I also agree with @Dubz that the coil ends are touching the negative post and this will definitely cause a short.

ahha

here - you need to get these two to sit flush - your centerpin is not making contact with your 510...

Just saw your updated build.
What device are you putting the Lemo on and have you tried any other tank on the same device? (Just a thought here...)

All I can think of is the base center pin is not making contact with the part above (see pic) maybe unscrew that part slightly.

After seeing @PeterHarris pic above the problem seems like I said in my first post. The 2 pins are not making contact as the bottom base section is not screwed close enough to section above so they not making contact. Don't unscrew per my previous post. Get these together and see if it works.

See below the base and deck seems flush only the airflow ring loose

something is not leka with your bottom base, my air ring sits flush with the top and the bottom.
what if you try to compress it back together with some pliers, just use a cloth to protect the metal.

im trying to upload some pics for comparison....
