No minimums, no maximums.
 
We have an unhappy customer because he purchased at the old price.

Pricing is at our discretion, we sell at the advertised price at the time.

We get multiple shipments and put the items in stock as soon as possible at the old price as generally people are waiting for them and ask us daily when they will arrive.

Each shipment's paperwork and it's individual item list is then sent to our accountant to work out the individual landed costs which vary with each shipment as shipping costs, source costs and exchange rates are volatile.

Once we get the individual costing we increase or decrease the item prices to pass any saving, if any, on to the customer, which is our right.

Items are sold at advertised prices on that day, we cannot go back weeks to equalize prices paid. If an item is now more expensive and we up the price accordingly, we cannot and do not demand the customer pay the higher price. It works both ways.

We try, and have a six year reputation, of settling customer issues as quickly and fairly as possible but sometimes the demand has widespread implications to consider. If we refund for this reason all customers have a right to demand a refund when we change a price.
