Smok X8 Battery Issues

Not sure if this is right thread, but hoping:

Lately my Smok X8 has started giving issues.

After switching on, it would blink three times when pressing to vape, and not vape.
I've swapped out the coil, made sure it's charging, cleaned the stick and the tank's connections, no luck.

I came accross a post that said you must insert and remove the charger 5 times in succession within three seconds, and this solved the problem for a while, but that' snot working no more...

I suspect I have a faulting stick on my hands?

Sorry to be Neville Negative , those Smok batteries don't last, went through 3 variations and if it's not the charging port fking
out, it's the fire button that slides into the tube ...
Save your atty and get a mod with external battery /batteries [Look in the Classifieds , there is often bargains]
