Good day,

I have a tesla invader iv.
But the light won't go off.
We have left the batteries out for a while but stays the same.

The mod still works properly and fires fine.

so the light is on but nobody's home ?

only kidding, I don't know the mod so what is the purpose of the light ?

Does it go off when you tap the fire button 5 times?

I know the Tesla is a VV mod and the lights will indicate

5 press off and on
Battery level
safety issues

but you say the mod fires and works so this is something not common. Is there any chance some e liquid got onto the fire switch or battery contacts, maybe clean them if you get a chance.

@Stranger no not yet as the mod is about 50km from me and I haven't get a second set there yet.

I will try that this weekend.

@Intuthu Kagesi I'm checking the above will let you know

I think it's working correctly :notagain: ... The one I had defaulted to a power on state as the batteries were inserted, and I needed to turn it off with 5 clicks of the fire button, (I attached the user manual to my earlier post for you to confirm this), also; The "light" / LED's, stayed on whilst the unit was active, and doubled up as a multi-coloured charge indicator whilst using it's onboard charge circuitry.

So we did the 5 clicks off and the light stays on.

Mods still functions as it should though.

Will give everything a good clean this weekend

I am curious now ...
So the "light" stays on from the moment you insert the batteries, and the mod apparently works perfectly.
5 clicks on the fire button you say DOESN'T turn off the indicator LED, buuuuut;
Does it turn off the mod operations, leaving the LED on?

Just uploaded pictures of my other one.
Light is off while not in use.
But when in use it's on.

@Intuthu Kagesi yes when switched off light remains on. But when powered on mod functions 100% but then light stays on permanently.

But to be honest I think I'm going to take it back to the shop though
