If you have a mod that is a write off for technical reasons, will you look at taking a chance to send it so us at E-Cig Inn to see if it can be fixed?
One of our customers runs a cellphone and laptop repair business. We are talking tiny PC boards, big magnifying glasses, and steady hands. They are electronics based.
If the repair is battery based, we will sponsor the new battery for the initial testing phase. If however it is a specialized battery (eg 3 cell lipo), then you will need to pay for the new battery....
No guarantees. They will open the mod, try and diagnose the fault. Research where possible. Replace what can be replaced.
This is a testing phase. If they sort it out, it's yours for no charge. I will pay shipping to you. You only pay to ship it to me.
If they can't repair it, well, that leaves you no worse off really other than not being in possession of the broken device.
Once the testing phase is over, they will put down a quote which is likely to be hour rate based.
Hopefully all those tasty mods with the built in batteries won't look as scary as they used to!
