Medium works for me.

Sometimes I do it loosely, mostly for MTL.

I do mine as tight as I can get, 2x 24 on the left and 2x26 + 24 on the right. Depending on build I do like to space mine. The 3x leaves little holes and spaces everywhere due to the different wire sizes.
