It would be my pick in that price range, better than its price peers on page 2, in my opinion.
Next choice, but more pricey @ R2350 would be the Finder 167, or the Hotcig R150 @ R1590 for a more affordable option.
And quality etc. Think its a gid choice?

I haven't heard much about it so I can't comment on the quality, but the plus side of that is you will have something not a lot of people have seen. Which even though that makes me a little shallow, I enjoy. However if reliability is essential, I would probably go with @blujeenz 's suggestion of the Hotcig, as it is tried and tested by a lot of people here. If you not too fond of the abalone finish you can also get replacement plates...

That faceplate looks textured, can it take a 25mm atty @BioHAZarD ?
Snow Wolf 200 Plus. Its very compact for a dual 18650. People mistake it for the mini single 18650

The face plate and coloured plate is 3d printed. So yes textured
The edges are beveled so you have overhang on the one side. So far it has not bothered me though.
