Batteries not holding their charge

Morning all.

So as the title says my batteries aren't holding their charge. I put them on charge yesterday afternoon and took the out in the evening and when i swapped them with the flat set that was in my cuboid i noticed that the batteries where only on 19%. so is it time for a new set or is there anyway of recovering them . Charger i'm using the Nitecore new i4 charger. forgot to mention that the batteries are Samsung 30Q's.

How old are they, how many recharging cycles have they been through?

That usually is a sign that they are ready to be recycled. Either defective or old.
