I also like normal elbow tweezers to work with wicks. I haven't used those ones yet, iv'e got the Coil Master ones. What i like about them is how sharp the points are. You can comb out your tails very fine if needed. Just be careful, they have punctured my fingers a couple of times already...

Carefull where you put the down as well, I unintentionally sat down on my pair as it fell of the side of the table when I got up, interesting experience and the neighbors kids learned a few prized words
