Beware of Vape.co.za!!!

Hi All,

Just want to warn all not to purchase anything from Vape.co.za.

Placed an order on the 31st of May 2023 to the value of R1120.00. But didn't get any updates of progress of Order.

Tried to make contact via Whatsapp and only received an reply on the 1 of June 2023, informing that my ordered products could not be supplied due to it being out off stock and supplier also not having stock anymore.

Received a few alternative options but opted for a refund as I was not interested in alternative options

On the 6th of June 2023 I received an email stating that my order has been refunded.

After contacting my bank I was informed they cannot pickup any payment to me that has not been allocated and asked me to contact Vape.co.za and request that they supply proof of refund payment. I requested the proof of refund payment from Vape.co.za which was ignored.

I the asked my bank to refund the transaction from their side as I didn't receive the goods or my refund and was notified today (28th of June 2023)that the transaction reversal could not be completed as the bank account from Vape.co.za had insufficient funds.

So guys please be very careful if you are considering buying from Vape.co.za.

Was able to raise the matter with the owner and the issue an Refund was received.
