Found the right tubing at last,worked out about R65.00 per metre inc postage.Then I got it sent over from the UK.

That looks very similar to the silicone tubing I get from Rubber Products and Moldings here in Kensington, Cape Town.
Whats the dimensions?
Mine is 5mm OD x 3mm ID, I think they do a 4mm OD too as well as a 6mm OD

The Reo uses a 3/16 OD x 1/6 ID,its a product called Tygon 3350 (or SPT 3350).Some specs are a shore hardness of 50 and a temp range of -80 to 204,you can find Tygon here in SA I think.
The tube I found is its nearest metric equivalent at 4.8mm OD x 1.6mm ID.Its food grade tube with FDA approvals etc and you'll see on the link that the specs are similar http://www.advancedfluidsolutions.c...nsulcent-silicone-hose-pipe-tubing-2806-p.asp
