I fell off my boat into the dam today, and the Dani Micro 21700 is not happy about it! Let's hope it's ok once it is dried out.

After its dried out, soak it in some IPA to absorb any remaining water and then shake it off.
Hopefully you dont get any moisture trapped under the main IC's.
That was my initial thought, but its probably better to avoid a submerge in case the screen doesnt take kindly to that treatment.@blujeenz, by "soak", do you mean submerge it?
Uncle @Rob Fisher how is the mod doing?
does the board turn on when you plug it into the PC at all?
very curious about an update on this one. especially with Decodes go out of business they should be preserved as much as possible
I'm giving it a few days before testing it out just to be on the safe side. Dicodes is setting up a spare parts company to continue supporting all Dicodes Mods out there!
If you pulled the batt out as soon as possible after the dunk, theres a fair chance it may recover.
I would not chance putting in a batt or plugging into a pc until its 100% dry.
Remember to look under the the board with the batt contacts on, the one in the cap held in with 2 screws.
A closer look seems like it might be 4 screws.
But thats the board Im referring to.
