BF atomizers are rather scarce locally at the moment. You could however send your favourite dripper to @JakesSA or @hands to have it modded to BF. Or buy a dripper from VapeClub (@JakesSA) and ask for it to be modded to BF before shipping.

22mm clouds, bro (still decent flavour):
