Halo Vapes? Trustworthy?

Im looking to purchase something from halovapes.co.za, have never made a purchase from them before and neither have I heard of them, or seen anyone getting Vapemail from them.

Anyone experience buying from them and are they legit? Site seems good but in the world we live in, when it comes to online purchases I've become very cautious.
