I saw this on Facebook the other day. It would be quite interesting to see how much they charge on say a R 1 000.00 or R 2 000.00 purchase.

@Stew, just check with them to see if they ship vape gear. I used to use MyUS.com, but they suddenly stopped shipping vape gear, and I ended up losing an expensive batch of drip tips from Ukraine!

I would steer away from SSS.

at least for a few more months.

I hare to say that I really do.

been following SSS since ScotiusMaximus started the business.
at some point last year some things in his personal life went wrong, that lead to a few orders getting lost or stuck in customs or a few other things.
SSS was then put into Liquidation (allegedly) then there was radio silence for a few months, then business started up again, Scott never came back with an explanation, and then he popped back into the forum and I know there are still a few people who have orders of more than R100K for batteries that are jsut completely missing in action.

Scott was also banned from Carbonite after too many users were unhappy with him

Source for my comments:

warning, long read, positive start, negative from around a year ago, and where it is sitting now is unknown.
I recommended his services a few times to people in the past.
as late as Feb last year a friend of mine bought like 80K worth of batteries and panels for his solar set up. and that was fine.

so just be aware of SSS.
I want him to succeed, and I want him to turn his business around and fix his reputation, but I also dont want anyone else to get screwed over.
