Smok V8 Stock Mod Only - MTL?

Hi All,

so, i still have my Smok V8 stick from YEARS ago...

question is, seeing as you cannot manually change the wattage, can i still use this with a MTL attie? or would the wattage be too high?

i think the wattage was 60w on those devises, if im not wrong?

yeah, your coil choice will determine how much power is "taken" from the battery. It is not quite a mech because there are some protections built in, so as long as you keep your coil choices reasonable you should not have an issue. I would say nothing below 0.3 but better around 0.5/6

It will be a single coil RTA - so i should aim for 0.5?

Which RTA. If going MTL, you may suprise yourself by going + ohm. Something like a 26 awg Kanthal

8 wraps at 2.5 ID would do it = 1 ohm . Watts would work out around 22-24. Well within the battery spec.
