sx mini SL V2 ISSUES

Hi so i have a SX mini SL V2

Keeps telling me low battery. Batteries are not a issue. Does this with brand new fully charged batteries. The batteries are fine in my other mod.
I have no clue how to update firmware if that is the case.

Please anyone that has had this issue? Any fix i can try.

I have cleaned the contacts same issue.

Outside of a firmware update, it could be loose connections either on the battery contacts or to the board itself. Check the screws and also the tension on the batteries from the contacts. I'd personally take the thing apart and check for any loose or worn connections and just add a bit more solder if needed. Cleaning the contacts which are in contact with the battery are superficial. You should check the entire connection circuit all the way to the board including the 510 pin. If a firmware update doesn't fix it (just check for firmware update files online) and you can't find any continuity issues in the circuit then it's probably a failing board. I've had mods reading wrong resistances simply because the screws which connected the battery contacts to the body of the mod weren't tight enough.
