It seems that TFA aren't quite done re-classifying, they are still in the process of testing their flavours and what is free to fly today, might not be tomorrow.
We have a shipment almost on our doorstep and TFA have only now informed me that TFA Litchi and TFA Papaya were not included due to the restrictions.
It's extremely frustrating dealing with TFA at the moment as there is no clarity as to which concentrates can and can't be ordered. There is however a light at the end of the tunnel, we have been in talks with a third party who specialises in the international transport of dangerous goods and believe they will be able to assist us.

We still have some stock of their PG based root beer which is now restricted. They do however also have a triacetin based root beer which is not restricted, we will be restocking with that version when the time comes.

@UnholyMunk Our re-stock order went in to Capella about two weeks ago but they are so backlogged it hasn't dispatched yet, until it's in the air it's tough to give an accurate ETA. In the case that it gets on it's way in the next day or two as they have said it will, we should have it in 10 days time.
Jeez, that's madness! I seriously think Capella need to buy ENYAWRECKLAW a nice bunch of flowers and some chocolates for christmas this year!

cbd and cap cake batter couldn't be more different - definitely not a substitute.
CBD is more like cake icing - and gets a bit cookie-ish after steeping. It's also very, very sweet (contains fructose)

FW Cake batter drip sounds promising. No idea how the taste of this compares to CAP though. I have a couple of recipes that requires CAP that I really want to try out. Guess I'll pick up FW's version with my next order and try it out

Ya it still sounds interesting. The top comment go me curious about it:
"This one is hard to describe. I will say what it doesn't taste like, IMO...vanilla cake batter with animal crackers/cookies. It's more like a cake batter cookie dip wanna be. That being said, it's really very good, especially as a mixer. If you've been mixing and buying flavors for any amount of time then you know how, most of the time, flavors like this just don't taste true to the name or description. This is one of them but it is a good one to try. We really like it mixed with flavors like vanillas and in some bakery recipes. Heck, I even enjoy it mixed with cheesecake. It's a very versatile dessert type mixing flavor for me.

Hah yeah I also saw that review. Makes it seem so yummy. But it's one of those flavours that almost completely changes after steeping - worth trying for sure.
And while we're grovelling ... Nonna's Cake from FA.
