OP updated. Sapo up to their usual shenanigans, taking forever and seem to be working on "first in first out basis" as the parcel ordered last is now at Cape Mail but the one ordered first is still in limbo. I have given a week between the two arrivals but it really is a GTA (Guesstimated Time of Arrival).

Berry crunch isn't in any of the incoming parcels as these were ordered over a month ago. I will be placing an order with TFA in the coming week to be couriered in, so sick of the incompetency that is SAPO.
