I didn't find a thread for these guys so i am creating it

i really admire the service compared to other vape stores

i ordered some liquid online from them and they sent one wrong liquid

my complaint email was replied to within seconds, and replacement of the product i ordered was sent

questions asked are replied to fast unlike other stores who tell you to look online (i own a non vape related online store and people do ask stupid questions just like i did) but Nevelan goes the extra mile

owner is really on the ball! keep up the good customer service
