Voopoo Drag Platinum Screen is Very Dim

Hoping someone can assist with my Voopoo Drag Platinum Screen which is extremely dim.

Cannot see anything in daylight.

Is there a way to repair / replace

I'm not a diy person so I am looking for someone who could do it for me

If you download the software update you can check the current screen brightness setting (under the parameters icon). If not 100% you can just increase it and send it to your device.

Take a look at the video below. Not in English but it is easy enough to follow.

I haven't done it on my Drag Platinum but it is worth a go. The software is quite similar to DNA mods.

Tried to connect to my win 10 pc but I am having similar problems as described in -

Connected to an old pc with win xp but no luck either, so I'm stumped

Hi @ddk1979

After seeing that you couldn't connect I dug out my Drag Platinum and downloaded the software.

Make sure that you use the correct cable. The first two that I used did not work. I then used a third one which worked like a charm.

My screen setting was at about three quarters so I bumped it up to full. after that, I added Puff Dragon to the start-up screen just

for fun.

Tried 5 cables but no luck.

PC keeps showing the following message - USB device not recognized.
