VW for new convert (CPT)

Good day fellow vapers!

I have a good friend of mine converting.
I have piffed him a stick device but soon gave out. Sponsored him juice, wires and cotton in the mean time.
Willing to pay for a little vw/vv device. Like iJust 2 or istick, innokin. Would be good to seem him come off stinkies.

Preferably a device that can charge with usb. I have mechs and dual 18650 devices but then he would need chargers and etc.
