Hi Everyone,

I have an Geekvape Athena squonk mod which hasn't been used for a long while and im looking to use it however it has seen better days, Its needs a really good cleaning, The battery contacts have a weired green gunk on them, but i have no idea about taking apart the 510 connector or batter terminals for cleaning (Ideally i would like to completely replace the battery contacts and the metal plate used for firing) Can someone point me in the wright direction regarding taking apart the various parts and so forth.

Those contact are silver plated try using alcohol swabs first for the removable strip of contact which is all the way from the fire button down to battery, to disassemble the 510 you would have to loosen the nut on the underside of the connector and then clean out there. Once all clean assemble back the way you removed them

so i have tried loosening the 510 connector with no luck, So i am abandoning that effort in favor of using small cotton swabs to clean with alcohol, however my contact strip is pretty beaten up, any idea where i could possibly get a replacement? or atleast how to make a new one?
