New shipping options at Hazeworks

Afternoon all,

We have managed to get the ducks lined up with regards to new shipping options

We now have a few options available:

• R30 Overnight Shipping (Durban area)
• R50 Overnight shipping (Major Cities)
• R99 Overnight shipping (Major Cities)

We have also has quite a few queries about collection options for those in Durban. This can definitely be arranged. Just select the collection/delivery by arrangement option and we will be in touch.

I shall surely not go to the trouble to contact you for surcharges for my outlying area. That would make the online shopping experience a schlepp. Surely you could have a set (built in) tariff, like most others, for that? And show same on your shipping info page.
Or is that a duck that still needs to get in line.

Righto @Andre , the ducks have finally all lined up, some with a few ruffled feathers, but we can assure you that none were harmed during the process. Just had to confirm something with our friends in a red van. They have been updated here and on the site.

Updated Shipping Details below:

• Free Collection/Delivery by arrangement within Durban area
• R30 - Overnight Durban and Surrounding Areas (The Courier Guy)
• R50 - Overnight Courier to Major Centres (The Courier Guy)
• R99 - Overnight Courier Major Centres and Outlying Areas (Aramex)
  Note:
  Outlying areas may take up to 72 hours to deliver.

All orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day. If orders are placed on a Friday, they will be shipped on the same day, but due to the nature of couriers, it will only be there on Monday.
