I did that on my Dani in December, the two pins on either side just behind the board slide out (a bit tight but used a metal tweezer to jig it out). Then it's easy to slide the board and buttons out.

Either 2 or 2.5mm. Kanthal 6 or 7 wraps ni80 8 to 10. Slightly spaced too.

I’m no building expert but I’d guess the gauge is too thick and heating up take long at those watts. I use 28g kanthal or ni80 1ohm and 14 watts.

This is an enjoyable vape and so easy to build an wick, changed to the second smallest air flow for the DL and current home on my old snow wolf mini. Panama never tasted so good. Hope this juice is safe with the standard tank. Didn't get any replacements.
