In my search for the perfect BF atty, I have seen that almost all of our vendors don't carry stock or do not specify. When I saw something, I see "sold out ". Then I reed on the forums all the enquiries regarding FT. Guys concerning about parcels getting lost or delivery times etc. Why don't we get more stock locally? I know it cost a lot of money to carry stock, but you must invest money to make money. I think a lot of members will agree with me, I rather pay extra cash and get my goodies quickly than wait months for overseas suppliers.

im sure if you approach a vendor to get you something someone would gladly assist you. There are so many items available now days i would think it must be a nightmare for the vendors to decide what to bring in and what not at the end of the day as a logical thing for them would be to import fast moving items i'm 100% sure no vendor want's to sit with dead stock
maybe post a thread in the who has stock section to see if you are lucky maybe someone has what you are looking for as there are plenty vendors on the forum i myself would not minding waiting a few months for that something special if i really had to although that would drive me insane waiting
I think you are mistaken about there not being enough stock locally there is a ton of stuff around up to and including the newest mods and stuff its just tricky knowing who has what and that's whee the who has stock section becomes very useful

@Eequinox, I fully agree with you. The point I want to make is I am a local boytjie and don't want to support the overseas market. You know local is lekker.
yes local is lekker i think a few people have bumped their ads of bottom fed goodies for you
@Petrus, it is all about supply and demand. Locally there was a surge of demand for squonkers, which led to a better supply of locally modded bf atties, mainly by VapeClub. Of course Vapour Mountain carries some, but limited as the pricing by Reosmods for their modded range is rather expensive. This demand has since toned down in response, inter alia, to subohm RTAs (approaching a dripper quality vape if not the ease of a squonker setup) and the TC phenomenon and proliferation of TC devices. Internationally squonkers now have a substantial presence, which is acknowledged by more and more RDA makers adding bf pins to their products, e.g. the Velocity and the Vortice. However, squonkers still make up a niche market. Dedicated bf RDAs are few and far between and expensive for local vendors to carry, e.g. the Chalice, Origen little 16 BF and Cyclones. BTW, the Cyclones are no longer made and I see stock at Vape Decadence are virtually depleted. Less expensive clones of the Chalice are available and Vape IT carried some, but I think they are sold out at this stage - in any event not everyone's cup of tea.
Some, like @zadiac, @andro, @Gazzacpt and others do their own modding of RDAs to bf.
Less handy peeps, like me, ask @JakesSA at VapeClub if a specific RDA is bf-able, and, if so, route it to him for modding at a very reasonable fee. At the moment I am waiting on my bf Sapors, not only modded to bf, but replacing the one non-PEEK insulator inside (the Sapor has 2 insulators) with a PEEK insulator for a hardier RDA.
Lastly, we can look forward to a locally designed and made RDA with a bf pin in the form of the Van Hunks by Vape by WJP.

Ya lol, it was just my luck. Before I had a Reo, there was a new BF Atty being released every other. The moment I get the REO... everybody wants TC and Subtanks... and BF atties dry up
