Second time I read that article now, and everytime this line gets on my tits:
"...Some have nicotine and are just as bad as normal cigarettes..."
Yes Big tobacco are dragging the Vapers down with the Smokers! but they might right if one takes into account "cheap" juices of unknown origin an contents.
The jobs angle is a non-starter. Using that logic, criminals can boast about all the security industry jobs they have created, hijackers can brag about how they are boosting new vehicle sales nationally, and people who litter and dump illegally can claim that they have directly caused metro waste utilities to hire more staff.
That said, I don't see the point of packaging cigarettes in plain brown wrapping. I can see the benefits of the advertising ban and the sin tax. If cigarette smokers are going to place an additional burden on public health facilities, it is only fair that they should carry the bulk of the cost. But the brown wrapper leaves me mystified. Would any of us stop vaping if our mod arrived in a brown wrapper?? They can sell me a mod wrapped in streaky dark brown toilet paper for all I care. I'm buying it for the product, the packaging goes in the bin.
