So I had a parcel incoming from MBV since November last year and thanks to SAPO and their striking nature this never arrived.
So I eventually sent MBV a mail to just mention I never actually received the parcel, and if they just by some chance received it back as returned to sender.
The answer was no.... BUT.... "send me confirmation of your address and we will gladly resend, free of charge".

Now that is service!!

I have an order undelivered since October last year.

i have notified MBV and they refunded my total spend.

Always great service from them!

Precisely the same thing happened to me.

I placed an order in November last year for a 236ml bottle of juice and they supposedly sent it back, checked the post box everyday for a week. When I finally got a notification in May, it said they had sent it back because I didn't collect..

WOW, mine is running somewhere for the last 9 months already, oh wait, maybe the order will be doubled now

Mine also took around 2 weeks. Was actually surprised when the postman rocked up with it.
