Thought I would start the review thread for the Pico Mega because they will start appearing fast now that they have landed on our shores...
I got mine today and have been using for a few hours... these are my initial impressions...
I chose the white one because my standard Pico White has been really resilient to marks and has worn very well... the Mega appears to be the very same which makes me happy. Yes it obviously a lot heavier because of the fat 26650 inside... (and it came with a sled for an 18650 which is a nice touch) but it's by no means too heavy and it's really comfortable in the hand... the fire button is a lot bigger and firing the mod is natural.
The battery cover is pretty gritty to undo and put back and I wish they had paid a little more attention to the threads...
The battery life seems to be brilliant but it's really too soon to make a call on it... but will take it with to VapeCon and see how it features.
It came with a 26650 battery included as well as a 4ml Melo 3 Tank... I was going to give the 4ml tank a test drive with a coil it came with but I couldn't undo the top juice fill cap even with tools so I have put it aside to get swopped out at the vendor and in the meantime replaced it with a Melo 3 Mini.
Another bonus with the shape of the mod is it stands up really well and doesn't get knocked over as easy as the standard Pico.
Nice screen and easy to read...
I have no doubt that this set up will be popular and having the extra battery power is a chicken dinner! I'm sure I'm going to enjoy this mod a LOT!
