I dont know what else to do with this mod.

Item looking to trade: Revenant Vape - Cartel 160 Mod
Age of the item: Used a few hours - Won from Vape Cartel
Location of item: Western Cape
Delivery/Collection: We can discuss this

Reason:The Battery Latch/Hatch is broken and I cannot find stock anywhere Locally. I have also tried placing an order Directly with Revenant Vape, but Lost R180 during the process and the purchase went wrong as I dont have a Paypal account. Its becoming too much of a headache now just to get the mod Fixed up.
You can buy a replacement latch here for $15 + $13 Shipping

Condition: 9.5/10 - The unit was used for a few hours, Not even a full tank. It dropped from about 30CM and the Battery latch Broke.

What I'm looking for: A decent Working Mod, Possibly with Wattage Curve?

Actually the dealings Ive had with Cartel was really fast communication (By Email), they Always reply and the website has no issues when placing orders. So I dont really know why they would give bad service to a vendor but normal speedy service to an individual?

Yea sorry that was a 2 part reply, I know Vape Cartel are trying to get some latches in.

Its strange to me as Ive said I had nothing but smooth dealings when it comes to the mails/queries Ive sent to them (CARTEL MODS/REVENANT VAPES), plus the stock availability. They where quick to communicate and respond and the website seems to work well IF you have a paypall account

Yeah Im a bit rough when it comes to tightening these things, standing ware probably from standing around my "Vape station"

@Dietz, really a sad state of affairs. Is there not a chance one can actually make a replacement part? Can not be all that complex a part?

Checked on their website it's out of stock. What I will suggest him is find other broken mods with a similar latch door and try to put that on this mod.

Hi @Raindance I have attempted to do a few fix but the way this plate (that broke) is made makes it difficult to 'fix' the plate itself. Here's some pix.

its really sad as this is a sexy looking mod, Or should I rather call it a paper weight...

Other than that @KieranD from Vape Cartel has been trying to get them in for a few months also with no luck and I tried to place an order on the cartel website myself but ended up losing about R180 as something went wrong on my Creditcard when I tried the card option as I dont have a paypall account.

Will do a post in the wanted section later. I wont be making the meet this time but hope there will be more and thanks for offering to try fix it but I think the metal that they used for that Plate is a weak metal

Read ur classified, mods like the gbox also have a latch. What u really need is the latch. So try to mention mods that have a bottom battery door. Can only think of the gbox right now.

@RainstormZA I normally McGuyver a fix to anything as I consider myself to be quite technical, but the way this latch is contructed makes it a bit difficult unless I can 'manufacture that plate?
