Please advice me guys. Seems like my serpent which is like barley e months old , it seems like the chimney thred is striped or cross treaded or something. Cant open the juice flow all the way anymore. Very strange. I never forced it. I never open it al the way even. It onley opens a bit then gets stuck. Tried cleaning etc. What must i do????
