Hi everyone,

I’ve been testing a few pods and devices recently and noticed that a lot of common issues like leaking, gurgling, and coil flooding usually come down to small mistakes rather than faulty devices.

Here are a couple of simple things that actually made a big difference for me:

1. Inspect Your Pod Seals
Before using a new pod, always check the rubber seals. Even a slightly loose or damaged seal can cause leaking over time.

2. Don’t Overfill Your Pod
It’s tempting to fill it to the max, but leaving a small air gap helps prevent pressure buildup and flooding.

3. Avoid Hard Pulls
Taking very strong puffs can pull excess e-liquid into the coil, which leads to gurgling and spitback.

4. Let the Coil Saturate Properly
After filling, give it a few minutes before vaping. This helps avoid dry hits and uneven saturation.

5. Store Your Device Upright
Keeping your vape lying down for long periods can sometimes lead to leaks, especially with certain pod systems.

These are basic, but they’ve saved me a lot of wasted e-liquid and coil replacements.

Curious to know—what tricks or habits have helped you avoid leaking or flooding issues?
