Smok Alien wont turn on after update

Morning every1.
Need some help please got a Smok Alien 220 vb1.0.2 did the update to vb1.0.3 and now it wont turn on at all, when i plug it into the pc with out batteries it will flash on and of Smok vb1.0.3

I had the same issue with my Alien, didn't want to turn on after update. I just did the process again to upgrade the firmware and all was fine after the second time.

Have you tried to upgrade the firmware again?

Hi i tried a few times bud always ok never fails but makes no difference

When you remove the batteries and connect it to the computer, does the software detect the mod or not?

Also what you can try is:
Make sure the batteries are charged.
Remove the batteries, unplug from PC then click the firebutton 5 time, then hold the fire button in for about 5 second. Put batteries back in and try turning it on again.

If the software detects the mod then it might be that the batteries are faulty, try new batteries. Screen might be at fault or it might somehow be in stealth mode.

I tried my other mod batteries also doesnt turn on and stealth mod is 3 clicks right

Wether it's in stealth or not, it should fire. Try see with atty on if you can get the mod to fire the atty.
I don't have my Alien with me, but 3 clicks just gets you into the settings.

I don't have my Alien with me, but found on the internet to turn of Stealth, please try the below: (Remember that "Click" is the fire button, not left and right)

• 3 clicks for menu

• 2 clicks for settings

• Long click to select settings

• Long click to select screen time

• 1 click to change stealth mode to off

• Long click to accept

• Long click to accept screen time
