Our second judge is an import all the way from the City of Poison
he's been known to wake up with his Pico under his pillow and styles his beard with 6mg VG
he has saved my life on 1 occasion (true story!) and we all welcome him to his first time on the Judge's Seat

Our third judge hails all the way from the East Rand, but we won't hold that against him (I'm from there too)
some say he once vaped an entire bottle of juice without needing a rewick...

Card facilities - most vendors will have card facilities but bring cash as well for food / smaller purchases and for those vendors who dont have card facilities
Time to arrive - its up to you. Last year the queues started forming at about 630am. I am unsure what the best time to arrive is but just keep calm and we will try pre-process as many ticketholders as possible before VapeCon opens

Don't know if there is still a spot open, but I believe you can sign up on the day at Vapecon as well.
Managed to wrangle a third to come with me. Now just need a tank and maybe a ranger and my group is good to go!

A few people have asked what's up with the forum name tag thing?
Well let us explain...
There will be many ECIGSSA members at VapeCon. It makes the whole event that much more amazing when we get to meet the folk behind the keyboard that we interact with here daily.
So if you have rsvp'ed then when you get to the entrance you will find all the forum name tags in alphabetical order and our staff will help you to get it on.
This year we have opted for the magnetic tags so just remove the back of the magnet and put it inside your shirt or jacket with the tag outside and it will stay on the whole day!
The magnets are very strong so its probably best to keep them a bit away from your cellphone or credit card.
If you have RSVP'ed late and your name tag is not at the entrance you can go to the ECIGSSA/VapeCon stand and they will check the RSVP list and make a forum name tag for you.
It's going to be great to see so many forum members again!
Oh, and one more important thing, many of the giveaway prizes (throughout the day) will only be handed out if your forum name tag is on! So keep it on for the duration of the event.
