I think this is a fake or scam.

On the website it says Midrand Johannesbrg, and if its a sapo tracking number it will only go active once they pick up and scanned it.

The dhl tracking number from the east very suspect, why would someone in Joburg send something from japan

Call your bank. Have them try and reverse the charge. Tell them it was a fraudulent transaction. I really think you've waited long enough. Two days is too much already, unless the seller tells you they have a turnaround time.

That has been a concern of mine for a while now. Seen many fly by nights and I don't like it either that someone can be labeled a certified retailer simply by asking. The new payment system should help curb that.

Report him anyway to the banks as well,, not just SAPS. Let the banks know that account is being used for fraudulent transactions.

I bought starter kits for bulk prices,working out R109 per unit, (1100mAh battery with gsh2 clearo and charger. 30ml "hangsen" juice for R56 each. Which is cheap to me..

Must look at a vendors activity on the forum. If it's exceptionally low then it's also risky. This does sound like a horrible situation I really hope he hasn't sped off with your cash.. if he has however, he will be removed of this forum and we can move this post to a bad deals section on the forum to help others avoid this company

I was also thinking of buying oversea, but was thinking of buying from Ebay, and then after I saw Vapking's website, I just got my stuff yesterday from Vapeking. Not intend to advertise here, I just like to buy stuff when I can visit a physical shop. More secure that way.

As a side note I popped onto the website as well - the name rang a bell, as it turns out I contacted them ages ago when I first started considering going into the reseller business. Never did get a response to my mail.... seems I dodged a big bullet there.

As a retailer who has worked her butt off to establish an online business - jumping through ridiculous hoops and cost to build a reputable business - this type of thing honestly pi$$es me off.
It takes one idjit like this to give the rest of us a bad rep.
