Drop Dead Rda

Hi guys

Just wanted some advice. I received my drop dead rda this morning via courier and upon opening it realised that the sticker is missing and the box does not really look new. Would you complain or just go with it? I don't really care about a sticker that I would never use, but it does show that it was opened by somebody surely?

Probably a display unit if it has no signs of use?

Yeah maybe, I just don't like being sold something that isn't brand new. I don't think it's ethical unless they explained it was a display model.

Definitely complain. If you did not intend to buy a used/display unit, then what you received is a disgrace. You paid for a new unit and you have the right to expect a new unit and have the right to complain if it's not new.

It's probably too late now since I am already using it, but next time I will send them an email. I posted it on their 'page' thinking they would respond here, but excuse me I am new to forums
