Ok, so how do you apply the heat shrink please? And what length to cut it?

I cut it about 3mm longer on each side, and use a hairdryer. Takes around 20sec. There's no tricks involved, just make sure the batt is clean, otherwise the dirt will remain. It does make for a tight fit in the Nemmi, but that's OK I guess.
