It's actually double that because I was a HEAVY smoker... at least 40 a day!
When I gave up 7 years ago I couldn't even walk up my driveway without getting out of breath! Now I walk 6km's a few times a week!
Over 100 000 ...... and there are people out there that deny that vaping is harm reduction. You good Sir are living proof.
